Our first module consists of a number of useful worksheets designed to work independently or together with the Profiles Career Transitions Report and the Optional, Profiles Performance Indicator Individual Report . Module Two: Develop an Interview-Winning Résumé
By completing this module, you will develop in detail your areas of interest, talent, values, personality and achievements. You will have all the tools necessary to respond to potential employers requests for résumés and personal information.
The techniques used in this module include:
- Putting together a résumé that will market you to potential employers
- Having a solid understanding, of which direction you would like to take your career
- Marketing yourself to others
- Designing a résumé using tools and techniques professional writers use
- Understanding how to create an effective résumé and a successful marketing campaign

Module Three: Job Search Skill Building
After completing Modules One and Two, you now have a solid idea of what kind of career you would like to pursue. You may know the industry and even the type of company in which you would like to work. This Module discusses how to find the jobs you would like to pursue and the companies for which you would like to work.
In this module, you will:
- Learn how to use the classifieds and the local newspapers to identify industry trends and to learn about the companies in your area

- Learn how to make the most of Job Fairs
- Learn how to research particular companies

- You will have researched many of the companies for which you have found job postings. You may or may not choose to pursue certain positions based on this research
- You will know the appropriate salary range for the positions you are pursuing

Module Four: Marketing Your Career
Once you have identified the career path that you would like to pursue and done sufficient research, you must market yourself effectively. The strategies of networking, telephoning, and writing are the learned skills covered in this module. These techniques can become your lifelong tools for career growth.

- Learn how to negotiate your salary
- Learn how to tender your resignation
- Learn how to handle counteroffers
Upon completing this module:
- You will have developed several telephone scripts for a variety of situations
